At the beginning of 2016, I was looking to change my lifestyle in regards to my health and fitness status. As I looked into different options, Village Fitness was beginning a 21 Day Kickstart Program which I knew little about, but signed up to participate.
The body measurement assessment was very eye opening, and the realization of where my health status was, enlightened me of how poor physically I was. I needed a plan to change and become a healthy person. The initial target goal was to lose weight, but more importantly to become more healthy. After three weeks, I had lost more weight than anticipated and continued the program for their 3 week extension.
The final evaluation results after 42 days was astonishing, I had lost more weight than my initial target following the eating plan and working out regularly with the professional training staff.
I have since joined Village Fitness and my motivation to come to the workouts is higher than ever. I have gotten to a healthy fitness level that I could not achieve without the help of the entire Village fitness staff, and I feel GREAT!
The healthy success that I experienced is directly due to participating in the variety of workouts that is offered. The workouts are modified for all stages of a person’s fitness, which allows you to recognize your limitations, with a goal of pushing through them with positive encouragement from the trainers. The changes that have occurred in me personally, both physically and mentally, is a testament of the trainers patience, knowledge, and understanding of people’s needs, it truly makes Village Fitness a unique environment that is fun to be part of while getting healthy and in shape.
